Privacy policy

TrySoft (“we”, “us”) is an independent software development studio based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what information we collect through https://trysoft.online, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name or website, the services you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and the description of your project.
• Technical details — the page you submitted from, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM tags), your IP address and browser user-agent. We use these to prevent spam and to understand which channels bring genuine enquiries.
• Analytics — if analytics is enabled on this site, aggregated, anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymised.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To follow up on an open enquiry — never for unrelated marketing without your consent.
• To keep a record of our correspondence while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• To detect and block spam or abusive submissions.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private database controlled by TrySoft, with access limited to the people who handle enquiries. If a new-lead notification is enabled, a copy is sent by email through our email provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact so we can honour quotes and support commitments, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies of its own. Browser storage is used only to remember your module selection while you build an estimate. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies as described in its policy. The administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie for staff login.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@trysoft.online. We respond within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top shows the latest version.
