Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms describe how TrySoft (“we”, “us”) works with clients. A written quote you approve forms the agreement for a specific project; where the quote is silent, these terms apply.
Quotes and pricing
- Every project is quoted as a fixed price with a written scope and an estimated delivery date.
- The price does not change unless the scope changes. Changes are quoted separately and approved by you first.
- “From” prices shown on this website are starting points for a standard build and are not binding until confirmed in a written quote.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Payment
- Projects under $500 are payable in full on approval of the quote.
- Larger projects are typically split: 50% on approval and 50% on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise.
- Third-party costs (hosting, WhatsApp Business API usage, AI API usage, domains, paid services) are billed by those providers directly to you.
Delivery and acceptance
- Work is shown on a staging link during the build. Delivery means the software is deployed to your hosting and matches the written scope.
- You have 7 days after delivery to report anything that does not match the scope; we fix it at no cost.
Ownership of code
- On receipt of the final payment, the complete source code, configuration and documentation produced for your project are transferred to you, and you own them outright.
- You may modify, copy, resell or hand the code to any other developer. No licence keys, no ongoing obligations to us.
- Open-source libraries used in the build remain under their own licences, which permit commercial use.
- We may reuse generic, non-client-specific techniques and tooling in other projects, but never your data or business-specific logic.
Support
- Every build includes 30 days of support after delivery: bug fixes, questions and small adjustments within the agreed scope.
- After that period, changes are quoted as fixed-price work. There is no mandatory retainer.
Your responsibilities
- Providing timely access to the accounts, tools and information needed for the build.
- Ensuring you have the right to use the data, content and third-party services involved in the project.
- Keeping backups and credentials safe after handover. We can set up automated backups as part of the scope.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and sign a mutual NDA on request before any work begins. We only name you as a client with your written permission.
Liability
We build carefully and test thoroughly, but software can fail. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will always try to resolve any issue directly first.
